Taylor joined Youable in June, 2025, and has worked in human services since 2022.  She has prior experience working with children and youth aged 16 months to 17 years old, as well as vulnerable populations such as adults experiencing domestic violence and unhoused youth.  She enjoys connecting with her clients, participating in skills groups and activities, and collaborating with her coworkers.  As a Mental Health Worker, she works with adolescents in our Day Treatment program who need a bit more mental health support than traditional schools provide in order for our students to achieve their goals, develop their coping skills toolbox, and be resilient during tough times.  “I empower my clients through partnership and collaboration, encouraging them to play an active role in their own healing and positive development,” she says.

When she is not working, Taylor enjoys music, learning, crafting, and organizing within her community.
